I just happened to hear from my mother who moved out of state of Charlie's recent death. I am compelled to express my condolences to his wife, Eileen, children Joshua and Jessica, along with his family and (obviously) extensive circle of friends. Im sorry to hear of Charles passing. It was with great pleasure taking care of him till he was able to go home. My deepest condolences to all of you.

Charlie was our chart sergeant at Washington correctional, he was a great person. Sorry for your loss.
