Not sure what to say?

I have such great memories of Charles. When I first played ball at Mechanicsville LL, he was on my team (The Twins) and his dad (Earl) was my coach. As I progressed through Little League we also played on All Star teams together. Charles was a fine athlete but also he was just a good guy. I also remember him from West Hill Baptist as he and Peggy began their courtship. Charles was also a fine believer in Christ Jesus and I remember running into him at several men's conferences. He will...

Coach Whitlock was more than just a basketball coach to me, he was a mentor and leader in my life since my middle school days. His impact on my life will never be forgotten. He has been there for me since my freshman year on varsity basketball, always taking the time to get to know me and offer guidance when I needed it most. So so sorry the hear about Charles passing. When I think back to my high school years at Lee Davis, Charles is the first person who comes to my mind. He made me laugh! He was such a nice person. God bless you Peggy, you certainly had a great guy and I know you will miss him terribly. Love and prayers to you and your family. I just can´t believe he´s gone. Take comfort in knowing he´s with the Lord.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Coach Whitlock. He was coach to my son and my granddaughter at new community. He was a great influence on both again so sorry to hear of his passing Madeline Neagle.

Peggy and Family, My sympathy for all of you. When Charles and I both at the church, we were always joking around. He made me laugh a lot. I will never forget when I was leaving Mechanicsville for VB, how he portrayed me in a skit. I know your memories are so many and you will have a lot of memories to remember him. My heart and prayers go out to y´all. JoAnn.
