Chas and family, Sorry for a much belated RIP. We were buddies in and after high school at LHS, Jax. You were the primary reason I entered and finished college in Jax after our summer visit to Ga. Southern. My best friend dated your sis in the ole days. Cheryl Fuller. I did not know Billy that well but spent some time at your parents house in Riverside. Mahalo Charlie for sharing your knowledge and experience throughout the years that made all of us better at what we do. For years you provided instruction to us here in Hawai'i and we are truly grateful. Much aloha to you and your 'ohana.

I will continue to honor your memory by living my life the way you taught me. You are an amazing father who taught me to live life to the fullest. I miss you so much. I only hope that I can continue to make you proud.

Charlie was one of the best instructors that I experianced at FLETC . My late wife and I went up to Atlanta to visit several times . He was a good friend and will be missed.
