Chas and family,
Sorry for a much belated RIP. We were buddies in and after high school at LHS, Jax. You were the primary reason I entered and finished college in Jax after our summer visit to Ga. Southern. My best friend dated your sis in the ole days. Cheryl Fuller. I did not know Billy that well but spent some time at your parents house in Riverside. Have a much deserved rest after a life well-lived. I wished we had connected later in life, to swap stories, as my profession took me to lots of foreign assignments as well.

Mahalo Charlie for sharing your knowledge and experience throughout the years that made all of us better at what we do. For years you provided instruction to us here in Hawai'i and we are truly grateful. Much aloha to you and your 'ohana.
