Dear Don - We were very saddened to hear the news of Char. She was an integral part of the Naval Command College program during my four years on the staff. She was a caring loving teacher who made a big impact on the lives of the NCC families. Char always had a smile on her face and her enthusiasm was infectious. She was a lovely lady and we will miss her a lot.

Char was a wonderful person and one of my best friends. My sympathy goes out to all of you.

Our hearts are heavy with sorrow, for our family has lost one of its brightest stars. We will cherish our precious memories of Char forever. Don and family, we pray that the Lord comfort and console you at this heartbreaking time.
