Dear Shirley and Family, I am so sorry for your loss,I as well as so many others have missed you both at the Singapore,May Chow rest in peace and may God give you all the strength you need at this time.Tom Charette

We are deeply saddened by hearing of your loss and although no words can really help to ease the loss you have had, just know that you are kept close to our hearts in our thoughts and prayers. We love you.

Hi Shirley
Saw Chow many times at the restaurant. He was a great guy and will be missed by all.( Sarah's Dad )

My deepest condolences to Chow's family. I used to be one of his cocktail waitresses. When I left Singapore and returned on occasion for 'fun', he would always greet me with a hug and ask me how I was. He was tough to work for, but was genuinely a caring and wonderful man to know. He will be missed.

so sorry for your loss. chow was a great guy.. always enjoyed seeing him at singapore. such a loss a great grea guy

Met Chow while building my house across the street from his home. For the past 19 years we have been friends in the neighborhood and at his restaurant. My kids grew up with him and he was always gracious to them - grandfather like figure. I am better person knowing and having conversations with such a wonderful man. I will dearly miss our conversations on tractors, grass, sprinkler heads, girls, and of course Chinese food. My entire family is very saddened by his departure and I had to break...

Sorry for your loss. Chow will be missed greatly. He was always very good to me.
