Cherre Alves Obituary
12/19/1931-2/3/2017
Cherre Alves was born in Auburn on Dec. 19, 1931 and passed away on February 3, 2017. She attended Placer High School and was married in 1948 to Jess Alves Sr. Married for 49 years, he preceded her in death in 1997. Cherre was a resident of Loomis for over 60 years. She is survived by two of her three children; Lana Felkins and Jess Alves Jr. Her oldest daughter, Linda Alves Alexander, passed away in 2011. Also survived by two grandchildren, four great Grandchildren and two sisters. Services will be held at Lambert Funeral Home in Roseville on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 11 a.m., followed by burial at the Newcastle Cemetery.
