My dear friend since 1973. Daria Bossman, Omaha, Nebraska 68127

Cheryl and I first met in the fall of 1973. We were both newly minted educators teaching at Hefner Junior High. We were both teaching 8th graders -- Cheryl taught Latin and English and I taught English and American history. We were instant friends. Ms. Patman was my Teacher @ Ardmore high School in 1987, She and Dan later became friends and ministered to my Parents (James and Annetta Burden). They both were a great comfort to us Girls at our parents passing. She will be greatly missed by many.

Cheryl, from thousands of miles away, impacted Madam Russell UMC in Saltville, Virginia during Don and Rachel’s ministry. She was a kind soul. She loved the Lord and loved my mom’s chocolate cake. Heaven gained a sweet angel. I’m so sorry Rachel. Prayers for peace during this difficult time for you and your family from the Griffins
