Not sure what to say?

Ted Applewhite and I (Fred Meissner) were among the first customers in the Trinity community and loved the place. Many friends, Denis Abercrombie, Bill Hoover, my old girlfriend Raili all were there. I still have my Tacos and Burgers hat and T-shirt. I drink out of his Christmas coffee cup every December! He was a great man, solid business man, helped the community and represented the city internationally - all with flair and kindness. We miss him and best love to the family

Chris, you are still missed. Life is a bit darker without you to brighten up our days here on earth. I honor you by dining at your sister's place, Diana's Burgers. They're just as good as yours when you were here with us. R I P

I still cannot believe he is gone. So many beers with him watching over us in college...the business opportunities we explored once at The Buckhorn (what fabulous business acumen and integrity he displayed)...the many celebratory lunches with family and friends and business colleagues at the restaurant during my adult years because Chris Madrid's just felt like *home*...I will always remember his brilliant smile and his generous spirit. Thank you for making the world a better place while you...
