May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Christa was a beautiful, strong and kind woman I
was honored to be her friend.

We give thanks for the life of a remarkable woman and friend. It is impossible to see flowers without thinking of the joy and beauty Christa created for so many. Our hearts are with her cherished family and friends.

I met Christa when I was 8 years old and liked her immediately. If I had known her name was "Astrid" that was what I would have called her. She was a wonderful aunt, and a Star in the best sense of the word. A star in love, generosity, kindness, emotional support, and humor. She has been a mainstay in our family almost all my life, and I, and the family, will miss her always. Andrew and Jimmy, you did a good job of caring for Christa, and a good job of being sons she was rightfully proud of....

Christa was such a sweet and lovely woman that we feel blessed to have known. We are sorry for your loss.
