Christina M. Hawley

LYNN – Christina Marie (Elder) Hawley, 48, of Haverhill, formerly of Lynn, passed away Sunday, September 2nd, at home. She was the beloved wife of Ronald Hawley of Haverhill with whom she would have shared 23 years of marriage in October.
Born in Lynn, Christina was the devoted daughter and caretaker of the late Phyllis Elder, who passed away on August 2, 2018. She was the loving mother of Devin Hawley of Haverhill and Destiny Gerish of Lynn; the dear niece of Arthur Elder, George Elder and his wife, Judy, all of Saugus, and the late Sandra, Gerald and Dorothy Elder; and the cousin of Kimberly and Scott Elder of Saugus.
Christina graduated from Lynn English High School with the Class of 1987. She was the former owner and operator of the Hawleywood Production Studios in Lynnfield where she produced many commercial and retail videos, including several wedding videos. Christina was active in the Theater Group of the North Shore and at the theater group at the Broadway, now Grace, United Methodist Church in Lynn. Most of all, she loved being a mother and taking care of, and spending time with, with her son Devin and her daughter, Destiny.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, September 12th, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the CUFFE-McGINN Funeral Home, 157 Maple Street, Lynn. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 12th at 7:00 p.m. following the visiting hours at the funeral home.
