Not sure what to say?

Theresa I'm writing you with a heavy heart, you and kit were on my mind last night and decided to go on line to find you. I'm in shock and disbelief that Kit is no longer here. My deepest sympathy to you and the boys. Give my love to Jack, I'd like to get in touch with you,

I just found out through nj.com that this amazing person passed. My heart is in tears.
Kit was a very nice person, with a big heart and a beautiful family! I had the pleasure to babysit for Jack and Jesse a couple of years ago, as I was used to say to Kit and Theresa, the most well-behaved boys I had the pleasure to take care of.
I'll pray to God to give strength to his family.
God bless you Theresa, Jack and Jesse.

Dear Barbara, Mary, and the rest of Kit's family,

I was saddened to hear of Kit's untimely passing after his long and obviously heroic battle with cancer.

I have many fond memories of Kit from my early childhood--including times together in Cub Scouts with you, Barbara, as our "cub master/missus!"--and enjoyed reconnecting with Kit at our last WFB High School Reunion. Though we drifted a part in High School, especially after my Mom re-married and we moved to Germantown, I...

I am so sorry to learn of Kit's passing. I knew Kit while attending Indiana University and he would share a ride with me as we traveled back to Wisconsin on breaks. God's blessings to Kit's family and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My love and deepest sympathy to Kit's family. You were everything to him. Kit and I were roommates at IU and friends for life, and I am blessed and made better to have known him. A good man, golden-hearted with a mellifluous voice, and a wicked fine dancer. The original Tall Drink of Water. So Whitefish Bay fair-complected that he'd color in his eyebrows to prove he had them. Always youthful and quick to smile. Too cruel, this cancer, to cut short a man so tall, this husband, father,brother,...

Dear Theresa, there are no words to express my sadness. I will remember Kit for as long as I live, and I am so glad I had the privilege to get to know you both. You were always inspiring. Love

Kit Carson did the "warm-ups" for Rush at the Rush TV show back in the '90's. The big smile, the serious instructions, once asking me not to request tickets so often (always on Thursday so I could see 2 shows taped). I real "bright" man and face, you could feel his "Happiness". R.I.P. David (Kane) Mindenhall

We live across the street from the Carson's. Kit was a neighbor with whom I always enjoyed chatting. His political views differed from mine on a few issues. Frequently, upon seeing me, he would cross the street, exchange pleasantries and engage me in a friendly exchange of points of view. He always listened, never showed any disrespect for my views. Most often Kit would ask me about my views on the political situation in Eastern Europe. I sensed that he enjoyed these conversations as much as...

TO My dear friend Theresa and family: I am so sorry for your loss. I love you very dearly and have always considered you a part of my extended family. Godspeed Kit.
