May God bless Chris, his family and friends at this time of sorrow. I knew Chris as I also worked at the NYSDOT. I only worked directly with Chris occasionally over the years, but he had a way of making me smile whenever I showed up in his teams group. Often he would say something like "oh no, here is that Marty guy, this can:t be good.". Followed by his ever present smile. I will miss him and have him in my prayers.
