Not sure what to say?

Sarah and family,
From the time your dad walked through our door and we called him Hercules (G.V.joke), we knew he was special. We saw his kind heart, generosity and goodness through the young men he mentored on the job and later as a special friend. He was probably one of the toughest and strongest men out on the job,but we saw his true spirit.
Chris became my husband's closest friend over time. They fished and talked for hours. Whenever someone needed help he was the first person...

Elaine and Sarah, I am so very sorry for your loss of a father and a husband. I have always been ashamed of myself for not keeping in touch throughout all of the years past. Chris was and always will be my very best friend ever, even though we lost touch so very long ago. This news came to me today, on my birthday. Words can't express how saddened I am. But, I am happy to know that he took the time to say farwell to me today. He will forever be missed. God bless you and your daughter...

Elaine & Sarah,
We want you to know that we are always here for you. We know that Chris will be greatly missed by so many. I have many fond memories of him and in the last few weeks have heard many from you. The greatest thing Chris did was make you both strong women. He will always be proud of you both. Now he is sitting at the lake with Buddy fishing. Everytime I cast my pole I will think of Chris. I love you both.
