I was a previous patient of Dr. Fagan. I would run into him at garage sales and once he came to my mom's garage sale. He was usually with a friend. He was always friendly and kind when I saw him. I will miss seeing him

You had an amazing soul. You were an amazing friend. You saved me more times than i deserve...you will be in my heart always and forever missed. Rest easy now my friend...your job is done. Enjoy your walks and talks with Jesus...stay off the politics!

Being a employee for BVCHD and on the activities community, I remember when we had "Anything Chocolate" raffle. Dr. Fagan attended the raffle and would keep bidding higher than everyone. Not wanting the prize but to raise money for the cause. At the end he would give the prizes to the one he was bidding against. He became a friend and a respected friend at that.
