sorry chris that it took me so long to say good-bye to you. I just can't believe that you left. I only worked with you a few weeks but I felt as if we knew each other for years.Chris you were one of the "good guys", I am glad that our paths crossed. Chris will be sadly missed by all of us in the Chapin Bi-Lo store. He is still the topic of many of our great stories. Our sympathy and prayers to all of the family.


Today we sadly mourn the passing of Chris. It's difficult to find words to express the various emotions, thoughts, and unfortunately, the questions going through my mind. It would be fruitless to spend my time attempting to answer those questions. 

I would rather spend the days ahead celebrating his life and what he meant to each of us. He cherished his two beautiful grandchildren....Timothy, whom he always referred to as papa's boy, and Ariana, which he lovingly called Rosie. It...
