Jess, I have ridden with your father every year since you departed from this earth in your honor and with respect to you and your entire family. I am so sorry for your loss of your son Christopher. I did not have the privilege of knowing him, but he must have been a joy to your heart.

May God give you the strength to carry on, and continue the work that your son was doing.

You were too young to be gone this soon. I'm sorry that I only knew you through the computer.To your family, I am so sorry that you have to go through this. It's not fair or right for parents to lose children or siblings to lose one of their own. I lost my brother suddenly ten years ago, but I also believe that I will get to see him again and that he watches out for me. Mourn as you see fit, on your timeline, in whatever way makes you feel most at peace.
