I didn't know CPL. Leon well, but I was one of the army medics on that rooftop on June 20, 2006 I remember the guys stopping just as i ran out on the rooftop because i had only my aid bag and weapon, no helmet or anything. I held his hand, told him everything was going to be okay, and that all of his brothers were there with him. He squeezed my hand as he left us. I will never forget the sacrifice you made that day.
