Chief Moore was my first Chief Controller of the Clark AB, Republic of the Philippines in 1980. He was an outstanding leader and commanded my respect based on his professionalism, leadership skills and his ability to make a positive impact on this very young airman back then. My deepest sympathies on the loss of one of my absolute favorite people. I knew Mr. Moore only through my job at the post office, but I always enjoyed speaking with him. He was a wonderful example of a true Christian man. Always kind and happy and a pleasure to interact with. May he rest in peace.
