Read MoreI'll always remember working at MARMAP with Cecil. He even made early mornings on the boat seem like fun. His quick wit and easy laugh were truly contagious. Even though I did not know Cecil on a personal level, I feel like a part of me knew him just as well as others. I work with Jen at the DNR and have become friends with her over the past few years. I know of her relationship with Cecil and how special he was to her.
