Christopher Stoll Obituary

Born on January 18, 1980, at the age of 38, Chris passed away on March 12, 2018, surrounded by his family, after putting up a hard, brave fight against cancer. Chris is survived by his wife Suheil Stoll; son Isaac and three daughters Jianna, Mia and Shaeley; father Edward (Nancy); mother Cindy (Martin); brothers Edward II (April); Eric (Kristen); sister Keri Ann (Brandon); nieces, nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins that will miss him greatly. He graduated from C.K. McClatchy and enlisted in the US Navy in 1999 serving on the USS Kitty Hawk and USS Ronald Reagan until 2005. After the Navy, he settled down in Illinois to raise his children, just recently moving back to Sacramento so they could all be closer to family. He was a loyal sports fan, always rooting for the Niners, Giants and his beloved Golden State Warriors, no matter where he was living. Chris was a provider and father in every sense of the word. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and children, from going to outings to the park or on family road trips he was always there for them, through thick and thin. Friends and family are welcome for visitation, Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 3:00-7:00, at Reichert's Funeral & Cremation Services, 7320 Auburn Blvd., Citrus Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Chris Stoll's battle with cancer Gofundme page.

We are the only two people who fought over who loves the kids more. Your being stubborn finally got me to agree to letting you move to Sacramento with the kids and although it was hard to be away from them, I'm glad you got to live out the last 4 months of your life exactly where and how you wanted. I don't think I've ever seen you as happy as when you were getting ready to move back.
We raised some amazing kids, I know you can see how they're processing and handling you being gone but they miss you like crazy. They know that you fought til the last moment to stay with them and as Jianna said, you promised you wouldn't leave her and she knows you still haven't.
I will make sure they watch Joe Dirt and White Chicks once a year and their music collection consist of lots of Maroon 5 (first concert), lastly that they learn really terrible jokes.
We had plans on how we wanted to raise the kids and it won't be exactly how we envisioned it would be but I will make it happen. Sue, the kids and I are family and we will get through it like one.
As you would always say "Annie life is short, we're not getting any younger and we can't fail them".
