Chris came to visit while we were living in Costa Rica. July, 2011, which can have lovely days, but is also in the middle of the rainy season. He and our friend Becky had walked the 15 or so minutes down to the beach. After they had been gone for a while it started to rain and then it was a deluge and a thunder and lightening storm.
