CHRISTOPHER "KIT" WELD Jr.

My deepest sympathies to Kathy and the kids. What a wonderful and impactful life Kit led! As Project Adventure´s former board chair, he guided with verve, confidence, humor, and humility. He had vision and was an incredible problem solver. He somehow inspired everyone around him to be better. Further, as a friend, he was both a confidant and full of delight. We will all remember him fondly.

My deepest condolences. Kit was a fine lawyer and a great guy. It was an honor to know him.

Kit was such a decent, kind, strong human being. What he gave to Project Adventure in his role as our board chair was indicative of his character and his heart, not to mention his intelligence, and he displayed those characteristics in all areas of his life, it seems. I feel lucky to have been believed in, mentored and supported by him. My heart goes out to the whole Weld family. I thought his loved ones would enjoy this picture of Kit at one of our fundraisers.  

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Kit and we extend our condolences to Kathy and her family. It was always nice to see him in the neighborhood.

Someone I met as a lawyer who quickly became a friend. He had that wonderful combination of self deprecating modesty with a razor sharp mind. I am deeply saddened by his passing. He was my co-counsel and at times my lawyer, and always my friend. May his memory be a blessing.

Christopher Weld was a kind, intelligent man who had a great sense of humor. Thoroughly enjoyed working with him at T&W. May he rest in the sweetest peace
