We are so sorry for your loss, Mayor Henry. My dad, Victure Scruggs worked closely with you guys during the earlier parts of your administration. I only read about her good works, but I could tell that she made an impact just as you have. May God comfort you as you experience such a great loss.

so sorry to hear of Cindys passing...i only met her a few times at the Frog and , as her obit pointed out,was sooo friendly!!..AND she made the best Irish Stew on St Patricks day...God bless the Henry family and may Cindy RIP....
