We are so sorry for your loss, Mayor Henry. My dad, Victure Scruggs worked closely with you guys during the earlier parts of your administration. I only read about her good works, but I could tell that she made an impact just as you have. May God comfort you as you experience such a great loss.

Tom, Ben and Beth you have all been so generous and kind to my family for so many years I am grieving with you as a friend. You are hearing so many good things about Cindy but I have a touching story to share with you that has always been so special to me. Forty years ago when Scott was about six years old he asked her if she could look at her Avon book to find a Mother´s Day gift for me. They went in another room to shop and I heard her ask him how much he wanted to spend and she watched him count out his money which probably amounted to five or six dollars. He picked out a twenty dollar item and she said wow that´s just how much this costs. They both came back with huge smiles and I never could decide which of them was happier. This is just one of the many memories I will always enjoy when I think of my dear friend as you also will do with every memory you will carry with you forever. She was one in a million and loved by every person who knew her.
My love and prayers at this sad time.

My only interaction w/ Cindy was when my friend, Jack, & I would eat @ the Green Frog. Cindy would always make you feel welcome/@ home. She was a good host, and her food was delicious. RIP. Ginny W.

Tom and family, we were so sorry to read the news of Cindy´s passing. Although we have been in Fl for many years, the memories we hold dear never leave. When we were young, and our children were younger we got to know you and Cindy along with the Renningers and Fr Bob Rossi as we initiated and grew with Engaged Encounter. Oh the blessings, the miracles, the joy and the behind the scenes laughter (usually instigated by Cindy) have stayed with us all these years as we have all grown in different directions, though our faith remains. God bless you Tom and know our thoughts, prayers and memories hold you close and our gratitude to God for Cindys life.
Fondly,
Denny and Monya Weissert

I heard on the news that Cindy Henry had passed away. Then I saw a picture of her in the newspaper, and I thought "I know her." After reading her obituary, I figured it all out. I was a young, beginning teacher at Heritage High School, and Cindy Kochs was one of my students. She was a friendly student and a hard worker. And the reason I recognized her was the smile in the pictures in the newspaper. She always came to class with a smile on her face. It's was Cindy's trademark. What a nice young lady she was then and was for her entire life.

Prayers for you, Tom, and family, and all the Henry family, in these days ahead and beyond. A very beautiful person and the words in the obituary and article in the paper expressed it so well.

I remember her at church and her lovely singing voice and smile. She´s out of pain now and in the gospel choir in heaven my sister will be missed but never forgotten
