Not sure what to say?

Goodbye old friend! We shared many happy old memories from Saint Mary´s to Griswold. Although our paths went down different roads, we rejoined at reunions. With many fond memories, I will cherish our childhood adventures of ice skating on marshes close to your home, Saturday movie matinee, high school sports & fun activities. Memories! Till we meet again, safe journey. Love, Angie

I met Claire on a college school trip to Ireland. We didn't know each other but we soon became friends. We were both alone and we both had been through a lot. We had breakfast and dinner together. We enjoyed each other's company. I remember what a kind person she was. I thought of her often over the years. I met her again years later. Little did I know she would be my labor and delivery nurse at the hospital. She was a lovely person.

Deepest sympathy on the passing of my old friend Claire. We were classmates from St. Mary grammar school through high school. Longtime memories of fun & laughter. All my sympathy to her family. Angie Gauthier

Dear Debbie, Katlin, Zach & Family, We are so very sorry for the loss of Claire. We have so many memories on Dydo Drive. She was a awesome neighbor. The kids loved playing in her yard all together. Those were some great times. Thinking of you all. Love, The Manavas Family

Dory, Our sincere condolences to you and your family during this most difficult time. May you find peace and comfort in the special memories you´ve made through the years. She will forever be your Angel. Love from Ken and Kim

I am sending all of you the biggest hug ! I had the privilege of taking care of your Dad as an aide . I loved Jerry ! I then had the privilege and honor of working with your Mom on maternity . My oldest son was the recipient of your Dad´s scholarship at montville high school . Your mom was the best . She will be sadly missed but not forgotten. Debbie Caviness

Dear Dory, Sandra, Michael and Deborah -- You will not remember me. I grew up diagonally across the street from you, at 11 Park Avenue Extension. I was older than you, I think a year younger than your uncle David, and was off to college and all that followed when you were still on the young side. I learned so much about your mother from her obituary and I am grateful for the love you put into telling her story. I knew from my parents (who are long deceased) that your mother was strong,...

We loved having Claire as our neighbor. She was always so sweet and thoughtful. I enjoyed our talks with each other and missed her very much after we moved.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. So sorry about your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. - David Hapgood
