Not sure what to say?

Bishop, as we approach what would have been your 96th birthday on tomorrow, Sept 9, 2024, so many thoughts have flooded my mind. You were my mentor, my friend, my Pastor, the Godfather or my 2 youngest sons, you officiated my wedding to Alice. Now that your other half, Bishop Dolores Blackmon, has joined you in that group around the throne, I wish you a very happy Heavenly Birthday.

DEAR BLACKMON FAMILY I WAS SADDENED TO HEAR ABOUT THE LOSS OF REV. BLACKMON WHO I REMEMBER AS THE TALL MAN WITH THE DEEP VOICE RUNNING AROUND THE SCHOOL CAMPUS OF BROOKFIELD ELEMENTARY GETTING THE KIDS TO CLASS. HE WAS A MAN OF GOD AND WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED FOR HIS GOOD DEEDS MAY GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU. THE ROSS FAMILY (MARTHA,ERNESTINE,BENNIE,KAREN,MARG ARET,AND DOCK) GOD BLESS

Dad!!
I will always miss you and love you. You had a very special way of making people feel good..with your "wonderful spirit". You have "blessed" so many!!

You have made my life complete. God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain..BUT..He did promise us "strength" for the day that he was going to take you home.

I will always love you!!
Your daughter
Pauline

To the Family of Bishop Blackmon. Bishop Blackmon left a legacy here. One that is to be remembered always honored. When times get rough and you feel that you can't handle the lost of his physical presence. Know and believe that he is at home with his Father, rejoicing and waiting upon your arrival. May God bless you individually as well as collectively. My prayers are with you always.

Being a part of the family for so many years, we feel the loss that you do. But be comforted in knowing that Bishop has gone to claim his seat around the throne.

God bless and Keep you.

The Williams family

MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE FAMILY,AND I WILL KEEP YOU IN MY PRAYERS
