As a teacher at Mount Olive, I often went to Mrs. Epps for guidance. She never turned me away and always listened to anything I had to say, even the complaints. She told me repeatedly that I am a good teacher and not to worry about anything. She always gave me excellent advice. There was nothing I couldn't say to her. To the family of Mrs. Epps, you all will be in our prayers, and we are so sorry for your loss. My youngest son was a student of hers this year, and so he dearly misses her. She was a great teacher, with a pure heart. She will be sincerely missed by all that knew her.
