To Cliff's family, my thoughts are with you, and I know when you think of Cliff, you will smile. He kept all of us who worked with him "on our toes" because with him and Carl Betty around, you never knew what was going to happen. I "salute" you Cliff.

To the family of Cliff Castro - I am deeply saddened by the loss of a great friend and a valued comrade. Cliff was a great man who earned my respect over and over again. He will always live on in the memories of his many friends and his beloved family.

Dear Castro Family,

I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Cliff's passing. Even though he always kept me on my toes because you never knew what was up his sleeve! He had a smile that could brighten your day and a clever wit to get us through Annual Refresher Training. Take comfort in knowing that he is resting now and watching over all of you. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Bye Cliffie...

Cliff has now met God the creator, what a glorious day! He now has his new body, without pain, thank you Lord.I've known Cliff for 25 years,he was a wonderful man.He had one of the best smiles I have seen, very mischievous.I will miss him,it was always a pleasure to talk with him.
To his family and other friends,God Bless you all.
May the Lord comfort you and provide for you during this time of loss.
We all have the opportunity to see Cliff again.
