Woodrell, Clifford Ray, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Friend was born April 9, 1925 in Sturkey, Arkansas. Entered into rest January 23, 2012. He is survived by sons, David (Michelle) Woodrell of Bothell, Wash., and Gary (Erika) Woodrell of Huntington, W.Va.; grandson, Dr. Christopher D. Woodrell of New York City, N.Y.; granddaughters, Laura E. Woodrell of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., and Janice Hedges of Signal Mountain, Tenn.; and dear friend Sandra Martin of Roseville, Calif.
Cliff was a World War II Veteran, licensed airplane pilot, retired PT&T executive and lifelong friend.
He will be interred next to his wife of 62 years, Juin, died March 7, 2008. A funeral service will be held at Mt. Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane Fair Oaks, Calif., on January 28, 2012 at 12 p.m. For further information please call 916-969-1251 or visit www.mountvernonmemorial.com. I knew Mr. Woodrell as a well respected upper level manager. I was proud to follow his sound direction. The telephone company lost a good man when he retired. I'm sure that the community has now also lost a good man.
