Connie D. Parker

I had the most respect for Connie Parker, I contributed my success partly in my employment at Carolina Frt to him by allowing the numerous phone calls I made to his home to Penny for information to perform my job. He will be missed I am sure as kind gentle man.

Connie was the epitome of a "Great American". He loved his country almost as much as he loved his family. He and I bumped heads all the time because of him being Navy and me being a Marine, but it was all in good fun. He lived the kind of life where you knew that Connie "means what he says", and "says what he means". He was definitely the kind of guy you wanted on your side, because if you crossed him he would let you know right away, but he would be the first to back you up in any...

Connie I only knew you for a short period of time but you were a quality person and anyone who meant you knew that , you will be missed.
