Schellenberg, Connor Michael,
23, died Sunday, October 15, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The son of Amy Powers (Scott Mollet) and Larry Schellenberg (Raven), Connor was born December 13, 1993 in Madison, Indiana. He was a 2012 graduate of Floyd Central High School and worked as a DJ for Sounds Unlimited. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Mary Jo and Michael Powers and Patricia Schellenberg.
In addition to his parents, Connor is survived by two sisters, Bridie Pruett (Josh) and Molly Doyle (Ty); grandfather, Robert Schellenberg; and numerous aunts and uncles. He was also the proud uncle of three nephews, Leyton Pruett, Grady Doyle and Garrett Doyle. Connor was loved by all who knew him.
Memorial Visitation will be 11:00 am ~ 5:00 pm Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany. His Funeral Service will be 5:00 pm Wednesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel.
Contributions in his memory may be made to the Ed Endris Boys and Girls Club of New Albany, 2813 Grant Line Road, New Albany IN 47150.

I'm at a loss for words and my heart broke when I heard of Connor's passing. My son Ian got to see and talk to him Saturday night for the first time in a long time. He said Connor gave him a big ol hug and that he was very grateful for that time with him! I will be praying for comfort and peace during this very hard time.

Amy/Larry/Family - I will always remember Connor for his sly smile and friendly demeanor. He was also great with the younger kids that hovered around him after games and at basketball camps. He was my sons favorite player because of that and he was mine because he had that Schellenberg competitiveness. My deepest sympathies for your loss.
