Connie: I will always remember you as my favorite babysitter. I called you "nunnie" because I couldn't say Connie. One of our adventures was being together during a hurricane. We were together in your house when the wind ripped a very large limb from a tree. I will always remember how you helped a scared nine year old regain his composure. You will always be my favorite babysitter!!

Dear Connie was loved by all the staff in Gowana Jr. High School. She was always cheerful, welcoming, understanding whenever I walked into the office. "How may I help you?" Even though she had much to do, she would listen and tell me she will get right back to me, and she would. I would sometimes ask her how the boss (principal) was today. "Oh, he is fine. Mom, I remember coming home from the hospital after being sick, we sat on the bed and you sang to me. I remember the special treats you'd get me when I would go grocery shopping with you.
