Over the decades I would remember a wonderful couple, "CE" and Sandra Chisolm. It seemed to always coincide with grilling marinaded pork steaks. Had to school a few northern butchers on cutting the pork steaks really thin. Last week I thought of both of you and said a prayer for you.
