Not sure what to say?

Craig was a man for all seasons. I grew up with Craig. We skied, golfed, double dated and all the other things guys do. Craig and his wonderful wife Nina introduced me to the beauty and adventure of the deserts of Utah. The Bowens and my family shared many a camp fire and I'll always have those memories. My thanks go to the Bowens. You're wonderfull, soft spoken and kind people.

Dear Nina, Joe, Jake and Katie--We are so sad to hear of Craig's passing and your great loss. It is a tremendous loss to all of us in the Rock Art community and especially to those of us who new and loved him. Many wonderful memories come flooding back of the good times we had in the field with him and your family. He had an incredible memory and an uncanny ability to find the most remote of sites and glyphs. Incredibly knowledgeable! We loved Craig and will miss him more than words can...

I would like to express my sorrow and deepest sympathy for this lovely, strong family. May Craig's teachings and his wisdom carry his dear children along in their paths through life. If there is anything I can do Nina, please let me know. My family would love to help with anything. Cherish the...

It is virtually impossible to express Craig and Nina's contributions to preserving and public education regarding rock art, better described as native American graphic communication on the cliffs and rocks of this nation. We miss him deeply, and grieve with Nina and family for the loss of this kind, caring and brilliant man.

Really fine obituary, so true. Keep thinking about his wonderful blue eyes. Let's print this in Vestiges. Love, Diane

We are very sorry to read about Nina's husband, Craig, passing away too early in life. Although we never met Craig we know Nina through our business and thank her for the information about rock art in the area. Our most heart-felt condolenses to Nina and family.
