To know her as you already know was to love her. She & I for many years have shared many conversations & work in the field of ILL. I always looked forward to seeing & sharing stories whenever we got together at meetings. I continuallly want to remember her as the sweet, pleasant person that I had the chance to share time with.

My sympathy goes out to Cristina's family, friends, and co-workers at Wake Forest. She and I were in library school together and our work in our respective interlibrary loan departments enabled us to stay in touch. She was a remarkable woman and her loss will be felt by many.
