Not sure what to say?

Curt, you represent the best in human understanding. As Africa Branch Chief at the State Dept Office of Academic Programs when I was Manager of Africa at IIE, you were most helpful and truly understood the less than ideal situation of the Fulbright Programs administration in Africa. Your earthly accomplishments are already exalted. Eternal rest Dr. Huff.
