Cynthia Fuller Leigh always thought that she led a charmed life. That ended on the morning of September 14, 2024 following metastatic breast cancer in the lungs. She was born in Monroe, Louisiana on October 30, 1945 to Cynthia and Ned Leigh. She played the piano by ear from age 2 and took 12...

Not sure what to say?

Cynthia Leigh was one of my favorite childhood friends. We lived in the same neighborhood growing up, attended all the same schools, and both of us even graduated from LSU, although she continued to graduate school. She was delightful to be around, always in a good mood, smartest in our class, and always of high moral character! After that we lost touch for a while, but I'm so happy we connected again in the last year of her life. She came back to Monroe, LA for our 60th Neville High...

We will hold Cynthia in our hearts in all the days ahead, with enduring memories that will keep her generous, kind, gracious soul alive. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Cynthia's family.

Cynthia was an incredibly kind and wonderful person. She was an amazing attorney who cared deeply about those she was helping.
I will miss her. She was a joyful, welcoming, and lovely person.
My condolences go out to her family for their great loss.

Cynthia Leigh was an outstanding person and lawyer. She was always welcoming and kind to me, and she was always generous with sharing her knowledge and expertise in immigration law. I knew that perhaps her daughter, who I never met, may have had some special needs, and that the family lived out in the country, and perhaps owned a horse. Cynthia was always a positive person and was forever on the side of people in need of help.
My condolences to her family, and to Barbara Hines, Jackie...

Cynthia will be forever in my heart. She had baby Leigh about the time I had my daughter. Two months apart these two girls are very close and still are, like sisters. We discovered that Leigh had a hearing loss. Cynthia, diligent about righting this condition, took Leigh to get cochlear ear implants. Cynthia trained Leigh to be a paralegal and worked along side her Mom. This strong, energetic and generous woman will be dearly missed. She was the glue to our family. Finally at rest from the...

What a great loss for us all. She practice immigration law with razor-sharp precision and equally keen passion. I will plant some trees in her memory.
