Fran, and all the Noel family -- Moe leaves behind so many wonderful memories to share, to cherish, and to keep in your hearts. Truly he was a man faithful and dedicated to his family, his career, and his community. He certainly made a difference and will not soon be forgotten by his friends and acquaintances. We are sincerely sorry for your loss, but grateful he is in a more peaceful place. His tired body now a graceful soul, always there in spirit for you all to lean on when you need...
