Not sure what to say?

John, Al, David, and Mark: I was saddened to learn of your mother's passing, but filled with many memories of our growing up just down the block from each other on Sycamore Street -- at play, church, school, and scouts, not to mention the comfort of being able to see friendly faces when I went to the dentist. With my deepest sympathy and best regards to you all.

It was a privilege to have known Daisy (a.k.a. "Big Mama") Carson. Our love and thoughts to all the Carson family.

Fond Memories of Miss Daisy and Dr.Carson. Arlene Killebrew Bunch ofRocky Mount and Julian Goff of Belhaven

Sending our love and sympathies on the loss of your Mother Mark and family.

"Beeg Mama" is my grandmother and has been one of the greatest lights of my life. Never without words of wisdom on the most simplest of life's conundrums. Some of my fondest memories are when she and I would sit on her back porch on the Pamlico rocking back and forth talking and watching the amazing lightening displays across the sound. You never wanted to get in her way in the kitchen. She was always on a mission and moved with a purpose! Waking up to the smells coming from her kitchen...

So sorry David & Mark on loss of your mother, you guys are in my thoughts!

Love Miss Daisy, she helped Butch and I on Wednesday's prepare many meals. She always ate the dessert first. Miss Daisy loved her "boys". Talked about them a lot. She was a wonderful lady. We have missed her at Bethany. She is eating at the Lord's table now. Peace and comfort to the Carson family. Butch and Brenda Yert
