I worked together with Dale for a few years at the Albany Correctional Facility. He was one of the hardest workers I have ever known. Never a complainer, but a self reliant problem- solver...tough, but good-hearted, just man with a lot of integrity, whom we: co-workers deeply respected. He passed way too young and will always be missed by all.

Our sincere condolences to the Alix family on Dale´s passing. We remember him and Jill as our neighbors and Dale dressing up as Santa Claus and listening to our children ask for what they wanted for Christmas. Let the fond memories of Dale sustain you in this time of sorrow and loss.
