Mr. B.
It's been a little over a year now and I still find myself thinking of you nearly every day. When you left us I struggled with the idea that I had so much more to learn from you. As time has gone by I've realized I will never stop learning from you. Everyone has commented on the impact you've had on our lives. I hope you know you are still having an impact. A true testimony of the wonderful human being you are. The example you set for me will be with me for the rest of my life. My...

Uncle Dale, Aunt Alice and their family included me when I was in 6th grade on their family vacation to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It was great! Uncle Dale purchased his 160-acre farm in Draper in 1964 from Elmer Madsen. He was so happy to have his own farm. Some of it hadn't been developed--in fact 80 acres had never been plowed. He made numerous improvements including drains, cement ditches and cultivation. It was a beautiful farm. Uncle Dale loved to eat peaches. His sweet daughter, Pamela,...

Hey Dale,
It was an aboslute pleasure! I am still telling stories about you. Thanks for every thing you did in your life. Well done!
My first meeting with Dale was in May or June 1998 when Kimberly-Clark was interested in aquiring Ballard Medical. We met early and about 7:15 or 7:30 after a few pleasantries, Dale called over the intercom for an executive staff meeting in his office. He then pulled out a deck of cards and soon there were a number of Ballard team mates of...

Thank you Mr. B. for the opportunity and your generosity. I began my career with Ballard Medical Products in 1988. I didn't know what stock options were then. I have learned a great deal during my career with Ballard and now K-C. Hard work, entrepreneurial spirit and generosity are the values that I carry with me today as a result of my time at Ballard Medical Products.
My wife, Debbie and I are among those whose lives you changed with your generosity. We try to live our lives...

Thank you for the wonderful company and opportunities. I was a single mom and somehow found you and Ballard Medical. She's 24 today and getting married. All our kids are doing well as we had Ballard Medical helping us raise them. God Bless and keep you.
