I worked with Dan at Seagull for many years. He was a great person to work with and the thing I remember most about Dan was his smile and he always had a kind or funny word to share. My prayers are with Dan's family.

I had the pleasure to work with Dan while he was with Seagull and I was with Vinson & Elkins. He was excellent at what he did and was a true professional. I considered him a friend and will miss him very much.
