Dan, a celebration of life ; it's going on 1year ago that The Lord called you home, amen . I miss you dearly sweetie; you were such an "inspiration and blessing" in my life and always will be, amen . Dan was a very special person in more than one way. He was one of the most caring souls I ever met, very selfless and always ready to help. Always there when you needed him. Dan was a great role model, he taught my daughter that being on a wheelchair doesn´t limit what you can do or define who you are. Now, thanks in part to his great example, she is out there making her mark on the world! Dan you will be sorely missed! Prayers for him and his family! Norma Prenta

I lived in the same neighborhood as Dan for many years and he was always so incredibly nice to me whenever I happened to run into him. I think everyone should be kind just like Dan was. My love goes out to his family and friends.

It has taken me a few days to find the words to say. For many years I worked with Dan. Some of my favorite days would be when he came in just to say good morning or just a hello. It always came with a big smile. He brought tons of smiles and laughter. I am so sorry for your loss.

I’m very saddened to hear of Dan’s passing.
I taught at Sally Potter School and that’s where I first met Danny. He was the cutest and sweetest boy even back then.
We both started at D46 about the same year and became colleagues. I can’t tell you how proud I was of his accomplishments. Every year I’d bump into him somewhere opening day of school in D46, at Dominick’s where he was talking to Lee, at Jewel, and a number of other spots around town. He always had a smile on his face...
