I was fortunate to be in lubbock last year for their Red Raider, DeWitt Weaver teams reunion and had a chance to know Dan better. He also has a great wife Lovetta I have known since high school. I have great memories of four years at Tech with Dan in West Hall, Phi Delta Theta and the Double T Association. He have always respected Dan as a man and person.
