Daniel J. Blanchard

How can it be over a year already,? just lost another ECB long term member and of course that brings me back to memories of Dan driving the culinary team to the Boston competitions in a Cadillac and Dan was a Cadillac of a man, miss him! We loved his kindness.

That I miss him so much, he was Tony's contemporary which was great and my friend, I love the fact that we/I still have his family to visit with at ECB times, and I treasurer that if is so much fun to hear about the generations he is still creating. Kisses and Hugs..

MR. Blanchard, thank you for always being so kind to me when I was at your home so many times so many years ago. I still talk about going to main on your plane. I will never forget these times. To Robert, Dawn and Chris I send my condolences from Chicago. Kelly O'Leary-Wiedeman
