Hello,
We would like to express our deepest condolences and also let the Fannin Family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to troops in Afghanistan this week and we'll be dedicating several of these to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and the hometown of Daniel N. Fannin US Air Force Staff Sergeant . I know there are no words to say at this time, except how sorry that I am. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Daniel will never be forgotten.

I did not know him but I am greatful for his service. The American Legion Post 20 will show honor to him and his family by proudly flying our Trail Of Honor Flags on the last two miles to the National Cemetery today! I had the honor of knowing SSgt. Fannin briefly during his stay at Tinker AFB. While working in the library there, he quickly became one of my favorite patrons to see. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say. God speed to him.
