To the Flores Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I took care of Dan for several years at the Portage and Hobart Dialysis units. He was very special. His face would light up when talking about his beautiful family. I feel very blessed that I was able to get to know him. Thank you and God bless you all- Love Yvette Lambersie

I remember Mr. Flores as a kind, caring person. It was always a pleasure to talk to him at Jen's and Missy's softball games. My deepest sympathy to the whole Flores family.
