Not sure what to say?

Alas .... a late entry in Dan's "memories" book ! Only recently discovered the passing of this gentleman-of-gentlemen ! I was fortunate enough to have shared some time with Dan over the years ... first as a counselor at Camp Sea Haven, Plum Island in the summers of 1963 & 64 and shortly thereafter as a teacher in the elementary schools of Haverhill ... finally ending up at his new Consentino Middle school ! He made a strong impression on me during those years and I am indeed sorry to hear...

i remember Mr Harrington very well from my days as a camper at Camp Sea Haven. Also his father, wife and son. He was a great man and did so much for so many kids all those years ago.

Condolences to the family of Dan Harrington my St. James School classmate.

A HUNDRED YEARS FROM NOW ,IT WILL NOT MATTER WHAT SORT OF HOUSE I LIVED IN ,WHAT KIND OF CAR I DROVE, BUT THE WORLD MAY BE DIFFERENT BECAUSE I WAS IMPORTANT IN THE LIFE OF A CHILD AUTHOR UNKNOWN CHEERS TO MR HARRINGTON

So Sorry for your entire family's loss.
May you find strength in his legacy..
He was a wonderful teacher, set an example which exemplified his career. Our paths crossed many many times throughout the years after having him as a "reading teacher in 7 th grade.

I remember Dan Harrington as my uncle Irving Karelis' wonderful friend at The Hannah Duston Home in Haverhill. He taught his daughters well as they also were warm and caring not only for their father but also for those at the home who came into their sphere.
