Not sure what to say?

Lila and Dany Two of the nicest people it was my good fortune to have met in my lifetime. My sincere condolences to their family

To the Kantar Family Although we only knew Danny for a split second I ALWAYS looked forward to seeing him and listening to his stories while visiting my husband Joe...he put a smile on my face every time I walked in that room. We are so very sorry for your loss.

Lila, So sorry to hear about Danny"s passing. My sister, brother and I have fond memories of running across the street to get our penny candy and five cent popsicles. You were the friendly face up front and Danny was the smiling face in the back behind the deli counter. May your wonderful memories be a comfort to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Karen Kraynanski Moore

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Dear Lila, What a wonderful man. I loved him like a father. You were both heroes and role models to me. Working at Kanter´s and especially working during the holiday rush with Dan and Kitch and Allen, Patricia and Wayne the delivery man, was so much fun, because of your kind spirits. We worked long hard hours but they are memories of fun times shared with the kindest of people. You and Mr Kanter always made all of your employees feel so loved and appreciated. I strive always to be the boss "...

Dearest Lila, I am so sorry to hear of Danny's passing. I will never forget the wonderful breakfasts we had every Saturday at Abe's with him, my father-in-law Julius Brand, Alan Miller, his good friend Georgie and the rest of the boys. It was like having minyon at Abes. Loved seeing you guys on the porch when we take our walks. He was a wonderful man and will be missed. May his memory be a blessing. Love, Linda and Larry Brand

Oh, I'm so very sorry to hear of Mr. Kanter's passing. He was such a gentleman and a wonderful across the street neighbor in my old First Ave. neighborhood. My sincere condolences go out to his family.
